| 摘 要： | 近些年来,吉林省高新技术产业快速发展,有力地促进了产业结构调整,已成为吉林省经济新的增长点。但是,吉林省高新技术产业发展仍然存在着很多不足和问题,如创新投入低、创新能力低、政策不健全等,因此运用知识产权战略加快我省高新技术产业技术进步,促进其健康发展非常重要。
