| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，特别是入世以来，我国吸引的外国直接投资额高速增长，外资在我国经济发展中发挥着巨大的作用。与此同时，我国产业结构的变化特征也非常明显，第二、三产业（尤其是第二产业）比重不断上升。外资流入及其投向是促进我国产业结构转变的重要因素，伴之而来的先进技术、管理经验及其溢出、扩散效应，促进了产业结构调整。

| Abstract: | After carrying out the policy of Reforming and Opening,especially after joined into the WTO,China has drawn more and more foreign direct investment(FDI).FDI plays an important role in the development of Chinese economy.At the same time,the change in the industrial structure is obvious.The proportion of the second and the third industry in GDP is increazing.The flow and direction of FDI promote the adjustment of industrial structure.The effects such as advanced technologies,management and their spread accelerate the progress in domestic technology and productivity. |
