摘    要:本文以凤凰传媒为例,分析其传统与数字出版业务之间的关系,探究两个业务取得成功的原因。本文以迈克尔?波特的价值链理论为依据,结合协同的概念,在深入了解公司传统与数字出版业务的基础上,分别构建了二者的价值链,并得到二者构成协同关系的认知以及相互促进、共同发展的结论。

Abstract:In order to analyze the relationship between traditional and digital publishing business of Phoenix Media, so as to explore the reason for the company's success, value chains of both traditional and digital publishing business were constructed based on the in-depth knowledge of the company and the basic theory of Michael Porter's value chain. Furthermore, according to the concept of collaboration, this paper found the conclusion that the traditional and digital publishing business of Phoenix Media are of a collaborative relationship. By further comparative analysis, this paper uncovered the fact that the two publishing businesses have some value activities in common, which contributes mutual promotion and joint development.
