市场营销专业实践性教学的思考

摘    要:高校市场营销专业实践性教学是培养复合型、应用型市场营销人才的重要途径。在市场营销专业的不断改革与发展过程中,必须坚持能力与素质的一体化教育理念,以创新型人才培养为目标,积极推进人才培养模式的创新。高校应该转变观念,加强实践性教学师资力量,增加资源投入,加强校企合作,建立合理的实践成绩考核评价机制,培养适应市场发展需要的市场营销人才。

Abstract:The practical teaching method for the major of marketing in college is an important way to culti- vate interdisciplinary and practical marketing talents. They should change their ideas, strengthen the teachers for practical teaching, increase resource investment, enhance the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, establish reasonal practice achievement evalution mechanism in order to cultivate students practical working ability and comprehensive quality.
