| 摘 要： | 本文运用1978—2012年山西省11地市的相关数据,采用产业结构偏离度、产业结构转换系数和产业结构变动方向系数等方法,定量分析山西省11个地市的产业结构转化能力。研究发现,各区域的产业结构变动度是呈现上下波动态势,但波动程度差异较大。产业结构转换系数在2000年前后变化相对较大,但趋于变小,表明产业结构进一步合理,经济增长质量得到不断提升。在此基础上提出了相关政策建议。本文创新点在于,用数学模型分析山西经济单一的原因,指出要发展生态农业、新型工业和第三产业,涉及的产业结构齐全。

| Abstract: | With the method of the industrial structure deviation degree, conversion factor of industrial structure and coefficient of variation of industrial structure, the paper calculated the transformation capacity of regional industrial structure in Shanxi province by the data from 1978 to 2012. The results as followed： Firstly, the industrial structure deviation degree of regional industrial structure change is been ups and downs, but the volatility of differences was high. Secondly, the index of Industrial structure changes was opposite bigger before and after 2000, but it tended to be smaller. It indicated that industrial structure was further reasonable and improved quality of economic growth. Lastly, the paper put forward relevant policy suggestions. |
