| 摘 要： | 通货膨胀目标制是20世纪90年代以来货币政策实践的最新发展。这一新的货币政策框架使中央银行的独立性增强,货币政策透明度增加,货币政策操作更具前瞻性,并提高了货币政策的可信度。其成功经验,对完善中国货币政策操作具有启示和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Inflation targeting is the latest development of monetary policies practice in 1990s.The new monetary policy framework reinforces the independence of Chinese central banks,increases the transparency of monetary policies,makes monetary policy operation be more prospective,and improves the credibility of the policy.The successful development of inflation targeting provides revelation to the perfection of China's monetary policy. |
