我国城市可持续发展综合评价系统设计

长期以来,我们在经济、社会和生态环境的协调发展方面,遵循的是优先发展经济,而社会和生态环境的发展是滞后的,这种理念从某种程度上讲是以牺牲社会和生态环境为代价的,导致我国在城市发展道路的选择上出现偏差,城市发展在一定程度上存在追求短期效益的倾向,城市发展出现了不可持续性。而如何评估城市的可持续发展现状成为了问题的重中之重。鉴于此,文章通过城市可持续发展指标体系建立了城市可持续发展管理信息系统,旨在对城市可持续发展程度进行量化评估,使城市走上可持续的、健康发展的轨道。
