| 摘 要： | 在识别出广西大明山国家级自然保护区的主要利益相关者,包括大明山管理局、生态旅游经营者、旅游者、社区居民的基础上,针对不同主体利益需求的期望,对主要利益相关者进行大规模的问卷调查。分析结果表明,大明山管理局对自身及其他主要利益相关者的利益诉求期望最高,其他利益相关者更关注自身利益;各利益相关者自利倾向明显,缺乏利他意识,导致不同利益者之间存在各种冲突;生态旅游经营者和社区居民是引发大明山自然保护区生态旅游利益冲突的主要力量;多数冲突是由对有关利益的理解偏差引起。然后从明确主要利益相关者的共同价值观、培育生态旅游经营者的责任感等方面提出大明山生态旅游主要利益相关者利益协调的对策。
