| 摘 要： | 继工业文明后,生态文明是一种正在生成的发展的文明范式,它是人类文明发展的又一个新的高级阶段。而实施企业生态工程,发展循环经济,是构建生态文明,实现工业与经济社会良性发展的重要途径。这要求在宏观上发展循环经济加快产业生态化,构建工业企业实施生态工程的动力机制及其政策,在微观上建设生态工业园区推进工业企业实施生态工程的实施。
