| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,各种资源的消耗量逐年增大,资源供给不足已成为阻碍我国可持续发展的重要因素,再生资源的开发和利用迫在眉睫。通过对我国再生资源历史的回顾及现状的分析,提出了相关对策和建议,并列举出国外发达国家的经验和做法,以期加快我国经济发展的步伐。
