组织边缘人的特征、危害及其管理

摘    要:组织边缘人将成为组织发展中的一块短板,然而现代人力资源管理在关注核心员工时,却忽视了对组织边缘人进行有效管理,将制约着组织整体竞争力的提升,因此对组织边缘人进行有效的管理,把组织边缘人内化为组织内人,甚至是核心员工,已成为一个理性的选择。关于组织边缘人研究还处于探索初期,本文对组织边缘人的概念进行界定并分析其特征,阐述组织边缘人的产生原因、危害及其管理过程。

Abstract:the marginal employee would be a short board for restraining the development of organization, but managers only concerned the core staffs and neglected to manage effectively marginal employee, thus restricting of upgrading the overall competitiveness of the organization, so it had become a rational choice to manage the marginal employee. But it was just a early stage of study on the marginal employee , the paper proposed the concept of marginal employee, analyzed the characteristics,causes and negative impact,and elaborated the management process of employees from marginal to inner in the organization.
