经济发展与人的发展之间具有相互依赖性、相互规定性,对其关系处理是否得当,直接决定着社会有机体的健康状态. 在改革开放后相当长一段时期内,我们把重心放在了经济建设这个点上,而忽视了最为重要的人的发展,从而引发了一系列问题.人的发展是我们社会主义经济建设的出发点、落脚点和根本目标.因此,我们必须坚持以人为本,正确处理经济发展和人的发展的关系.

Relationship between the Economic Development and the Human Development under the People Oriented Perspective

There is mutual dependence and stipulation between the economic development and the human development, their relationship to be handle well or not, directly determines the health of the social organism. In a fairly long period after the reform and opening up, we have focused on the economic construction while neglecting the human development of the most importance, which has triggered a series of problems. The human development is our starting and ending point, as well as the basic goal for the socialist economic construction. Therefore, we must adhere to the people oriented, and handle well the relationship between the economic development and the human development.
