排污权交易条件下缺陷产品生产库存策略研究

自二十世纪初以来,生产库存控制理论一直是运筹学研究中的重要领域。生产库存控制研究使用量化方法建立生产库存模型,给出最生产优库存控制策略。本文建立了排污权条件下易存在缺陷产品的生产库存模型,并对模型的解及其性质进行了分析,给出了基于排污权交易的缺陷产品的生产库存最优控制策略。

Research on Production Inventory Model of Defective Products under the Emission Trading Conditions

The paper develops a model to determine the optimal product reliability and production rate that achieves the biggest total integrated profit for an imperfect manufacturing process under tradable emission permit. The basic assumption of the classical Economic Manufacturing Quantity （EMQ） model is that all manufacturing items are of perfect quality. Most of the production system produces perfect and imperfect quality items. In some cases the imperfect quality （non conforming） items are reworked at a cost to restore its quality to the original one. The paper provides an optimal control formulation of the problem and develops necessary and sufficient conditions for optimality of the dynamic variables. In this purpose, the Euler-Lagrange method is used to obtain optimal solutions for product reliability parameter and dynamic production rate. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the proposed model.
