| 摘 要： | 山西是我国的产煤大省．在我国煤炭供给中具有举足轻重的地位。在全国煤炭能源需求高涨的影响下．山西煤炭外运通道建设远远不能满足煤炭外运的需求，尤其是铁路的建设；而且运输结构极为不合理，制约了山西的经济发展。文章在山西煤炭生产以及外部需求的基础上．分析了山西煤炭外运的现状，并提出相应的对策和措施。
