| 摘 要： | 现阶段,电子商务的大规模发展极大的促进了企业对电子商务人才需求,为了使高校在培养电商拔尖人才上发挥强大的支撑作用,本文从我国电商人才发展的现实需求出发,探索合作教育模式下电子商务专业优才培养模式.并在此基础上,论述了合作教育对企业和学校的双赢价值.对于高校电子商务人才的培养具有重要的理论和实践指导意义.

| Abstract: | Today the demand of talents on electronic commerce is increasing because of the rapid development of E-commerce. In order to fully use the advantages of universities in training excellent e-comeree personnel, the paper explores the personnel training mode of E-commerce based on cooperative education mode according to the demand of the country＇ s current situation. The paper also analyzes win-win value for both the enterprises and universities. All of those will be have significant theoretical and practical meanings to cultivate high quality talents of E-commerce. |
