公司创业、组织间学习和产业集群升级的关系研究

公司创业作为企业层面的创新性活动,是产业集群升级的微观源动力。组织间学习把这种微观层面的内容,传递到产业集群中观层面上来。但是,无论是公司创业推进产业集群升级,还是不同组织间学习模式在这一推进过程中的作用,目前都是模糊的。因此,通过文献回顾,文章厘清了产业集群升级和公司创业的深层次实质。并在此基础上,从知识流出的视角,着重分析了公司创业推进产业集群升级的内在机理。同时,讨论了不同组织间学习模式,在这一推进过程中的不同影响,进而以集群由简单扎堆、龙头企业领军、开放式协作网络为升级特征,集群结构调整为升级内容,对产业集群升级的普适性趋势做出了总结。

Study on the Relation between Firm Level Entrepreneurship,Inter-organizational Learning and Industrial Cluster Upgrade

Firm level entrepreneurship is a micro motivation for the industrial cluster upgrading. The inter-organizational learning put this concept on the micro layer to the medium layer. But the mechanism of these factor is still fuzzy. Therefore , in this paper, we clearly define the essence of industrial upgrading and the firm level entrepreneurship by the literature review. On the basis of it, from the perspective of knowledge outflow, the mechanism of firm level entrepreneurship pushing industrial cluster upgrading is analyzed. At the same time, the different influence by the different inter organizational learning models is discussed. Furthermore, a summarization is given while the structure adjustment from simple agglomeration , leading enterprise to cooperative net is treated as the main characteristic of industrial cluster upgrading.
