| Abstract: | Economic globalization is sweeping the globe, it is a double-edged sword to the developing countries. The developing countries should pay special attention to the impact of economic globalization on national eco-nomic independent right and legislative power. Only the correct analysis of these factors is to provide an impor-tant guarantee for the safety of national economy. |
