| 摘 要： | 数据调查显示,2009至2012年春节期间,大泉州地区民营鞋企总体存在不同程度的用工困难。但相比之下,安踏、特步、361°、鸿星尔克等少数名牌企业工人返工率较高,用工缺口相对较小。通过数据对比,发现泉州民营鞋企劳动力仍然供不应求,但缺口逐渐减少。泉州民营鞋企应该转变管理理念,不断提升自己的文化内涵,增强品牌建设,通过产业转型实现长期、有效发展。

| Abstract: | The data investigation found that the whole private shoe enterprises in Quanzhou area have different degree of employment difficulties from 2009 to 2012 during the Spring Festival. But in contrast, Anta, XTEP, 361°, ERKE workers a few brand-name enterprises rework rate is high; the employment gap is relatively small. This article from the economic environment, through the data comparison, analysis of Quanzhou private enterpris-es shoes the overall employment situation, combined with the theory of regional economy, mining Quanzhou pri-vate shoe enterprises labor shortage essence. |
