| 摘 要： | 气候变化问题引发了人类对于发展低碳经济的重视。在实践中,低碳经济的外延不断拓展,已深入到社会再生产全过程。在此过程中,不仅需要政策的引导、技术的支持,更依赖金融体系的支撑。因此在对低碳经济进行概念界定的基础上,制定完善的金融低碳发展战略,加大对低碳经济发展的金融信贷服务力度,是促进低碳经济健康发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Climate - change issueproposals the attention to the low-carbon development. In practice, denotation of low-carbon develop and deep into the course of social reproduction. In the course, it not only needs the support of policy and technology, but also need the support of finance system. Therefore, on the basic of the definition of low-carbon, it is inevitable choicesthat make perfect finance low-carbon development strategy and improve its service of finance credit. |
