| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的不断发展和经济的日益全球化,人才在企业竞争中的地位越来越突出。我国中小型民营企业作为经济发展的重要支撑力量也越来越重视人力资源的开发和管理。但由于我国开展人力资源管理的理论和实践研究时间较晚,市场经济实践中我国中小型民营企业的人力资源开发与管理就不可避免地存在一些问题。
