联勤公路运输与民用物流互利发展研究

为加快军地物流一体化进程，提高军事物流效率，节约成本，推动军地物流公路运输协调发展，阐述了军地物流合作的原则，提出了联勤部（分）队在公路军事运输方面应该遵循军民结合、寓军于民、协调发展的原则，加大非核心军事运输业务的外包力度，推动军地物流的融合式发展。
