The study of flavoring、 fragrant and hot oil for reducing lipid
Abstract:After a sequence of technics such as extration , emulsification、 brewage, flavoring、fragrnant and hot oil for reducing lipide, including ingredients of complex plant lipid, bee pastern, materials having the smell of pungent and sweet - smelling etc, is a new kind of flavoring oil which has the adventage of flavoring and health protection.
