新农村建设中劳动力转移与城镇化协调发展的定量分析

转移农业剩余劳动力,消除二元经济结构,是实现新农村建设目标的重要途径。文章首先阐述了农村劳动力转移与城镇化发展的理论关系,接着以云南为例,在数量上验证了二者的相关关系,在此基础上构建一个城镇化发展对农村劳动力转移的影响模型,为云南农村劳动力转移与城镇化的协调发展提供经验支持,最后文章提出了相应的对策建议。

Quantitative Analysis of Labor Shift and Coordinative Development with Cities while Building the New Countryside

Transferring of surplus labor force and eliminating duality economic structure are important approach to realizing the goal of new rural reconstruction. This article has first analyzed the theoretic relations between rural laborer transfer and urbanization, afterwards validated the quantitative correlations between rural laborer transfer and Urbanization in yunnan province, then constructed a model of factors that urbanization affects labor force transfer, and it has supplied experience support for the harmonious development between rural laborer transfer and urbanization in yunnan province, and finally put forward some corresponding policy proposals.
