| Abstract: | Every manager of finns faces a problem that the resources are too scarce to meet the requirements of society. On one hand, firms must accept the price determined by the market, which can adjust the allocation of the resources. On the other hand, finns are active elements of allocation. Their actions will directly or indirectly affect the reasonable allocation and effective utilization of the resources of society. |
