| 摘 要： | 根据门式起重机组成及工作过程分析,提出了起重机金属结构门架的动力学模型,采用有限元方法,以Ansys有限元分析软件为平台对动力学模型的固有频率和振型进行求解,得出比较精确的、直观的结果,为起重机的动态响应分析、振动稳定性分析奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Based on structure and work ing process of gantry crane,the k inetic model of the m ain fram e is estab-lished.By m eans of fin ite elem entm ethod(FEM) and ANSYS software,the natural frequency and vibration mode are obtained.The resu lts provide the foundation for analysis of dynam ic response and vibration stab ility of crane. |
