摘    要:本文基于人才培养模式的基础上,论述创新型人才培养的重要性。通过构建以设计、兴趣、生本、科技创新等N维主线,融合学校的文化建设和培养方案,提出了N维主线创新人才培养模式,加速创新人才培养的具体措施。

Abstract:Based on the talent training mode, this paper discusses the importance of innovative talents training. By building the N-dimensional mainline on design, interests, life, science and technology innovation, integrating school culture construction and training scheme, the N-dimensional mainline innovatine personnel training mode is put forward to speed up the specific measures of cultivating innovative personnel.
