摘    要:目前对减速器进行故障诊断是机械设备状态监视和诊断的重要内容,其运行状态对机械装备的整体将产生直接影响,因此对减速器进行故障诊断是非常必要的。本文对刮板输送机减速器中的滚动轴承的故障振动信号的特征进行了分析和研究。利用加速度传感器对减速器多个部位进行振动信号的采集,利用MATLAB软件对振动信号进行小波分层阈值消噪,对消噪之后的信号进行频域分析。

Abstract:At present, the fault diagnosis of reducer is an important content of monitoring and diagnosing mechanical equipment condition. Its running state will directly affect the whole mechanical equipment, so the fault diagnosis of reducer is very necessary. This paper analyses and researches the characteristics of vibration signals of retarder' s rolling bearing, does wavelet denoising for vibration signal by MATLAB software, and does frequency domain analysis after signal denoising.
