| 摘 要： | 针对采煤机滑动轴承易损坏的问题,通过有限元方法,建立滑动轴承分析模型,得到轴承承载过程中的应力与变形分布趋势,排除了由于机身过重导致滑动轴承损坏的可能。并根据实际的工况与滑动轴承损坏的形式,分析了滑动轴承损坏的原因,为下一步的改进工作提出了方向。

| Abstract: | In order to know the broken reason of the shearer sliding bearing, this paper builds the finite element model of the sliding bearing and gets its stress and deformation by ansys workbench. And the paper excludes that it is easy to break due to overweight shearer, analyzes the broken reason according to the actual working and broken condition, and gives the right direction of the further improvement. |
