| 摘 要： | 在压力容器定检中,磁粉探伤起着重要的作用,为了保证压力容器定检的质量以及确保压力容器的安全运行,应当认真研究消除磁粉探伤灵敏度和可靠性的因素。本文针对磁粉在压力容器定检中的应用现状,提出了几点探伤应注意的问题,并对今后磁粉在容器定检中的应用提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | In pressure vessel inspection, magnetic particle inspection plays an important role. In order to ensure the quality of pressure vessel inspection and ensure the safe operation of pressure vessel, the related staff should seriously study the elimination of factors of magnetic particle testing sensitivity and reliability. According to the application status of magnetic powder in the pressure vessel inspection, this paper proposes several points in problem detection, and puts forward some suggestions on the application of magnetic powder in vessel regular detection in the future. |
