独立学院工科类课堂教学改革探索

摘    要:独立学院依托于母校办学,但其有自身不同于母体院校的学生特点和师资结构,根据自身的办学特征构建具有针对性和可操作性的人才培养模式。针对目前独立院校师资结构转型之际,结合学生、工科专业的特点以及目前的独立院校教学特点进行改革,加强理论教学结合实例、结合时代发展进行举例式引导教学、板书与多媒体在工科专业中的合理搭配及实时更新教师专业知识,工科专业课堂教学应以注重培养学生的工程实践应用能力、工程设计思想以及工程设计能力为主。

Abstract:An independent college relies on its parent university, but has students and faculty structure different from the parent university and must construct targeted training mode with operability based on its own college characteristics. At the time that independent college is making restructure of teaching staff, it needs to carry out reform based on the characteristics of students, the characteristics of engineering major and the teaching mode at independent college. The independent college needs to strengthen the theoretical teaching with examples, making rational combination of case-based inductive teaching, blackboard and multimedia in the teaching of engineering major considering the development of society, while updating teachers' professional knowledge in real-time. The engineering major class needs to focus on cultivating students' engineering application ability, design thoughts and design ability.
