| Abstract: | Political talent is the foundation for the future development of enterprises. In the new era, enterprises political works face many tests. How to correctly grasp the general direction of political talent selection and use, improve the quality of political talent management are important issue placed in front of enterprises. Based on this research, from the global focus, this paper specifically discusses selection and use methods of political talent, aims at to create a high-quality team and consolidate the talent base for the future development of enterprises. |
