Research on the Construction Project with Quality Earned Value Method

Traditional earned value method should be used to progress and cost management in the construction process. But in this paper it based on the earned value method and the integration of quality management, project managers can forecast all of the indicators scientifically. Possible quality problems in construction could be corrected in a timely manner, in order to ensure the normal production and make sure that the quality indicators are reached the mark on construction process.
