多媒体在高职英语教学中的运用

多媒体在高职英语教学中的广泛使用,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,增强学生的记忆力,培养和提高学生的自主学习能力。但是过度使用多媒体,容易忽略学生主体地位;盲目追求形式刺激,会分散学生注意力;过度依赖多媒体,不利于展现教师风格。所以教师应该转变教学观念,创新教学模式,融传统与现代多媒体教学手段为一体,充分发挥多媒体的作用,努力提高学生的英语应用能力。

Application of Multimedia in Higher Vocational College English Teaching

Widespread use of multimedia in vocational English teaching, is advantageous to stimulating student＇s study interest, to strengthen students＂ memory, cultivate and improve the students autonomous learning ability. But excessive use of multimedia is easy to ignore the student main body status, blind pursuit of forms of stimulation will distract students＂ attention, relying too much on multimedia can＇t show the teacher＇s own style. So teachers should change teaching idea, creative teaching model, combine the traditional and modem multimedia teaching means, make a full advantage of multimedia teaching and improve students＂ practical competence in using the language.
