独立学院大学生党员培养质量问题研究

独立学院作为民办高等教育的重要组成,在人才培养中发挥着至关重要的作用。大学生党员队伍是党的新生力量,大多数学生党员能按照党员的标准严格要求自己,发挥先锋模范作用,但由于受主客观条件的制约和影响,大学生与党员先进性的时代要求,肩负的历史重任的要求还存在差距。本文就这一问题,提出了自己的看法。

Student Party Member Training Quality Problems of Independent Institute

Independent institute as an important component of private higher education, plays a crucial role personnel training. Student Party member is the new force of Party, most Party students can follow the requirements of Party standard, play a vanguard and exemplary role. However, due to the constraints and the impact of the subjective and objective conditions, college students have gap with the requirements of the times of Party member and the historical responsibility requirements. This article puts forward views for this issue.
