高职“校企一体化”合作办学模式探索与研究

摘    要:"校企一体化"合作办学是在"工学结合、校企合作"背景下的又一次机制创新,为校企需求对接、资源整合、协同发展提供了有效组织形式。通过探索产业学院、校内生产性实训基地、工作室和实体化公司等多种模式,有效促进校企利益共同体和发展共同体的形成。校企双方应建立相应的利益驱动机制、激励机制、保障机制和约束机制,以保障合作办学的顺利实施。

Abstract:The university-enterprise integration in running schools is a new innovation which provides an efficient organization form for Demand docking and development of resources integration of university and enterprise.Through exploration Various models such as industry institute, the campus productive practice base, studios and materialization, effectively promote the formation of a community of interests between colleges and the development of community. Between the two sides should establish the corresponding benefit driving mechanism, incentive mechanism, security mechanism and constraint mechanism, ensure the smooth implementation of the cooperation in running schools.
