高职院校辅导员队伍职业化建设的思考与对策

随着高等职业教育的进一步发展深化,高职院校学生数量剧增,如何加强大学生思想政治教育是高校发展面临的重要课题。而在进行大学生思想教育的过程中,高校辅导员作为学生教育的主要组织者和领导者,直接影响着学生教育和管理的质量。因此,加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设,推动其朝着专业化和职业化的方向发展,是保障高职学生思想政治教育工作实效的关键。本文就当前高职院校辅导员的特点及发展现状做了研究和探讨,分析了高职辅导员队伍特点和学生工作的现状,探析原因,并提出解决问题的对策。

Thoughts and Countermeasures for the Counselors Professionalization Construction of Vocational Colleges

With the further deepening development of higher vocational education and the surge number of students in vocational colleges, how to strengthen the ideological and political education is an important issue for colleges in development. While in the process of carrying out ideological education of college students, the college counselors as the main organizer and leader of the student＇s education directly affects the quality of students＇ education and management. Therefore, strengthening vocational colleges counselor team building, and promoting its towards to specialization and professionalism are the key to guarantee the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper researches and discusses characteristics and the current development status of vocational colleges counselors, analyzes the characteristics of vocational counselors team and the current situation of student work, analyzes the reasons and proposes solutions.
