| Abstract: | The graduates have a severe employment situation at present. As a direct manager and server, the college instructor is responsible for them. The purpose of this paper is trying to explore employment full-period instruction of university student through the work advantage of college instructor, which derives from the deficiency of design, form and content of employment guidance curriculum. |
