| 摘 要： | 随着90年代末我国实行扩招政策以来,在校学生数量不断增加,其办学规模空前扩张,进而增加了管理学生的难度。本文通过分析民办高职高专学生的类型和特点,提出了点线面的管理模式,进而为学生管理工作提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Since the late 90＇s, our country implements the enrollment policy, the number of the students is increasing, and the scale of school expanded, and thereby it increases the difficulty of management students. This paper, analyzes the types and characteristics of private vocational students, puts forward the ＂point-line-plane＂ management mode, so as to provide some reference for the management of students. |
