Abstract:This essay begins from the situation analysis faced of railway freight market and draws up the marketing strategy based on issue of the market. The main point is to strengthen marketing concept and construction of marketing team, improve marketing mechanism, set up the assessment and incentive mechanism, increase railway freight transportation benefit.
