高职院校创新型人才培养机制研究

创新型人才的培养关乎着我国的进步和发展,要想建设创新型的国家,必须培养创新型的人才,以此来促进国家的建设,提高国家的整体素质水平,推动我国的发展。近年来,我国高职院校已将"培养创新型人才"作为重要使命,但是由于我国高等教育理念体质、实践能力、教师创新能力、校园文化环境、学生兴趣满足等方面存在问题,严重制约了创新型人才的培养。因此,要通过转变教育理念、夯实创新平台、健全激励机制、营造良好校园氛围等途径,构建出符合我国特色的高职院校创新型人才培养机制。

Research on the Mechanism of Cultivating Innovative Talents in Colleges and Universities

The cultivation of innovative talents concerns the progress and development of China. To build an innovation oriented country, it is a must to cultivate innovative talents, so as to promote the construction of the country, increase the country＇s overall quality level and promote the development of china. In recent years, China＇s universities have regarded ＂the cultivation of innovative talents＂ as an important mission, but the existing problems in China＇s higher education philosophy, practice ability, physical teacher innovation ability, campus eultural environment and student＇s interest meeting have seriously restricted the education of innovative university. Therefore, it is necessary to construct mechanism of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics through changing the idea of education, reinforcing the innovation platform, perfecting incentive mechanism, creating a good atmosphere of campus and other ways.
