基于模糊综合评价法的高校图书馆服务质量评价研究——以云南省某高校图书馆为例

摘    要:图书馆服务质量是指图书馆在为用户提供服务过程中,满足用户需求的程度,用户应该是图书馆服务质量的评价者。借鉴LibQUAL+TM系统设计出云南某图书馆调查问卷。专家采用1-9标度法确定指标权重,通过模糊综合评价法对调研数据进行运算,获得该馆的服务质量评价结果,进而得出提高其服务质量的对策。

Abstract:The service quality of library is the degree of meeting the needs of users in the process of providing services for users, the users should be the final evaluators. According to LibQUAL+TM system, this paper designed a questionnaire. Experts determine the index weight by the 1-9 scale method, then compute the research data through the method of fuzzy comprehensive analysis, finally get the library service quality evaluation results and the measures to improve its service quality.
