| 摘 要： | 产业技术创新战略联盟在发展过程中由于目的与动因定位不准、追求短期利益、联盟成员社会资本不匹配、价值分配不合理等因素导致联盟表现出较高的不稳定性和生命周期过短,本文就内外环境中政府层面宏观引导、管理体系两方面提出建议,促进产业技术创新战略联盟稳定和健康发展。

| Abstract: | Industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances perform high instability and short life cycle of organization due to the inaccurate purpose and motivation, the pursuit of short-term interests, the social capital disproportion among the alliance members, the unreasonable capital distribution and so on. In this paper, the advice ofgovernment macro guidance and management system is presented for promoting thestable and healthy development of industrial technology innovation. |
