海底隧道防渗新技术

摘    要:以广东省某海底隧道项目为例,介绍了Intercrete产品在混凝土负向抗渗的应用。实践证明,Intercrete产品在新建及维修项目上可以有效抵抗极高的负向渗水,性能优异且安全可靠,可施工在湿混凝土结构表面,工期短,施工方法及工艺流程简单,涂料安全、无毒害,非常适合过海、公路、地铁等隧道的防渗和保护,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper takes a subsea tunnel project in Guangdong province as an example, introduces the application of Intercrete product on negative permeability in the negative permeability of concrete. Practice has proved that Intercrete product can effectively resist the high negative permeability in the new construction and repair projects with excellent performance and reliable safety. It can be constructed in the wet concrete surface with short construction period and simple construction method and processing technology, its paint is safety and non-toxic, and it's very suitable for seepage prevention and protection of tunnels over sea, highway and subway.
