| Abstract: | The corporate culture is the foundation of enterprise sustainable development. This paper focuses on the enterprise development, and respectively makes in-depth analysis on how to strengthen the culture construction and innovation of electric power enterprise from the ideological layer, moral layer and behavior layer, aiming to deepen the electric power enterprise culture system construction and strengthen the foundation of enterprise sustainable development. |
