浅谈高尔夫从业人员流动成因及对策

摘    要:通过对国内多家高尔夫企业工作人员调查,获得数据表明,高尔夫从业人员流动性大的主要原因有薪水不合理、社会保障差、工作条件不理想以及未来发展空间不明确这几个方面。同时高尔夫人员流动对企业造成巨大影响。因此,国内高尔夫企业必须采取相应措施解决高尔夫从业人员流动所带来的负面影响。

Abstract:Through the survey on the staff in many domestic golf enterprises, the data shows that the main reasons for golf practitioners flow include the unreasonable salary, weak social security, poor working conditions, not clear space for future development, and so on. Golf personnel flow caused huge impact on the enterprise at the same time. As a result, the domestic golf enterprises must take corresponding measures to solve negative impact brought by the flow of workers in golf.
