| 摘 要： | 本文从高等职业院校校园文化和社会企业文化如何对接进行研究,对当前高等职业院校校园文化和企业文化进行比较,分别分析了校园文化的环境和企业文化所处的社会环境,通过对比得到了校园文化和企业文化对接的要求及方法。这对我们高等职业院校在以后的人才培养方案的制定、教学安排、校园文化氛围、实训场所建设等方面有着一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | This paper studies how to connect the campus culture in higher vocational colleges with social corporate culture, compares the two kinds of culture, and analyzes their environment. Through the contrast the requirements and methods for campus culture and corporate culture docking are obtained, which has a certain guiding significance in the development of future personnel training plan, teaching arrangement, campus cultural atmosphere, training base construction for higher vocational colleges. |
