民营科技企业创新绩效分析与评价

创新绩效评价是一项对企业创新的效果与效率进行监督管理的新制度，这种制度在经济发达国家已有一定的实践，但在我国却鲜有研究。本文首先根据我国民营科技企业的发展现状，论证了对民营科技企业进行创新绩效评价的必要性，然后设计了民营科技企业创新绩效评价的指标体系，最后对安徽省按地区统计的民营科技企业创新绩效进行了实证研究。

The Analysis and Evaluation on Innovation Performance of Non-state-owned S&T Enterprises

The innovating performance evaluation is a new system of managing and monitoring enterprises innovating effect and efficiency. This system has been carried out for decades in developing countries, but it has been studied rarely in our country. First, in this paper, based on china's non-state-owned S&T enterprises developing actuality, the necessity of innovating analysis and evaluation for non-state-owned S&T enterprises is discussed. Second, the innovation performance evaluation indexes system is designed. And last, according to regional statistic datum, the demonstration study of Anhui non-state-owned S&T enterprises innovating performance is implemented.
