| Abstract: | The creation of learning organizations is the inevitable trend of development in the era of knowledge economy. Facing the intensely competitive book market, only should we use a totally new thinking perspective to look into problems over the surface namely to create a learning publishing house, can we solve effectively the problems which the publishing houses are facing, and explore a new developmental road. |
