南通市相对资源承载力与可持续发展研究

以南通市为例,采用相对资源承载力的研究思路和计算方法,计算分析了南通市1978～2004年相对土地资源承载力、相对经济资源承载力和综合承载力的发展演化过程;研究表明:①以全国为参考区域时,南通市经济资源承载力始终处于富余状态,土地资源承载力则始终处于超载状态,而综合承载力存在由超载变富余的趋势;②以江苏省为参考区域时,南通市经济资源承载力、土地资源承载力以及综合承载力均处于超载状态;③以长江三角洲地区为参考区域,南通市土地资源承载力、综合承载力富余,而经济资源承载力处于超载状态;指出转变资源的管理方式,促进经济建设与资源环境的和谐发展是南通市实现可持续发展的必由之路。

Relative carrying capacity of resources and problems of sustainable development in Nantong City

This paper adopts the calculating methods of relative capacity of resource and then calculates the relative carrying capacity of land resource,the relative carrying capacity of economic resource and synthetic carrying capcacity of resource in NanTong city from 1978 to 2004.Based on different regions,the conclusions will be different.At last,the paper points that it is necessary to change the management of resource and contribute the coordination between economy and resource.
