Facing the increasing competition in the market,many problems arose in the management and running of storing enterprises.This article started from the problems which existed in the storehouse of A ham in practice,by analyzed these problems it found the reasons of cause these problems were,the criterion of operation was behind the times,the person distribution for some positions was unreasonable,the management system was not completely,and this article proposed solutions to solve these problems based on the analysis.
